2012 Collective Bargaining Agreement

The union, ZEWU, challenged the employer’s payment of the so-called ex-gratia to members as undermining the union and the High Court ordered that the employers should stop payment of the ex-gratia.

The union, to enforce implementation of the 2012 CBA, has since instructed its lawyers to approach the High Court to appoint an arbitrator to speedup quantification of the agreement.
